When we upgraded, we deleted all 19,273 email addresses that we had on file.   In keeping with our promise to never email you for any reason (unless you ask us a question directly from your email account) we deleted every darn one of them.   As of writing this note, we have four users in the database.   So if you are trying to gain access via your old ID and password, it will not work!
